I am 72 and my wife 68, both had to carry my luggage from reception to room which was on fourth floor. Room was small with no balcony. The restaurant with 4 page menu card was not working. However we can get tea once. While leaving hotel they denied the bill of stay, saying, online booking is not liable to get reciept. There were no hangers in wardrobe. After reminding thrice also hangers are not provided. Even bath towels also we had to demand. The lift condition was poor. The door got locked once. We got down using stairs which had no lights. Total ambiance was poor. We demanded hot drinking water at night, but they provided kitly after a long wait. Overall the stay in this hotel was not satisfactory at all

At this price range, it was an awesome stay, the hotel is at a prime location and the ambience was excellent, the staff were very decent and cooperative.

Clean linen and friendly staff. Ready to help. Needs renovation. Car parking space is limited and you are required to manage it.

Very bad rooms, not cleaned even a bed sheet & blanket are not cleaned room outside condition also very bad highly unhygienic toilet commode too dirty very dangerous for health and i seek after stay

Title: a mediocre stay i recently stayed at for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was rather average. The hotel's location was convenient, but beyond that, there wasn't much to write home about. The room was clean but lacked character, and the amenities were basic at best. The staff were polite but seemed somewhat indifferent to guest needs. Overall, while my stay wasn't terrible, it also wasn't memorable.

The room and bathroom were dirty, the upper surface of the room was wet. The wifi was not working for the entire 2 days of stay. The tv was also not working, wifi was not connecting to the tv.

The rooms were dirty. Staff was not professional. No restaurant in the hotel however it is mentioned in mmt. Breakfast should be complimentary however did not even offered huge wait time and many more

The hotel doesn’t have an in-house kitchen, nor they serve well in terms of any ad-hoc requests. Just the rooms which are okay.

Good location and has parking. Overall cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Room has used soaps from previous customer as well as coffee pot was not cleaned. Otherwise all good.

1 Room was small and too dusty. It looked like no one had bothered to clean the room periodically. 2. Cable TV wasn’t working in spite of calling up the reception multiple times and reminding the reception staff. 3. Complimentary breakfast included one piece of Uthapam only as though the hotel is doing the guest a favour.4. Attitude of the reception staff is horrible. 5. Room was full of dengue mosquitoes. Trust me coz I’m a doctor by profession. All out provided by staff wasn’t working hence had to buy a Goodknight fast card. Overall by experience was the wort. Not professional and rooms are poorly maintained. Won’t revisit this hotel ever. Staff was so concerned with what I paid they charged me 500 extra. Didn’t want to shift hotel as I was exhausted from my journey hence was forced to stay.
