Hotel manager person was too arrogant and not responded on basic provisions for which we paid like extra bed, towels and water. He kept us waiting for check in and providing room as well.

Spiders present in room, washroom, after multiple call dental kit not provided. On booking page it was mentioned there will be table chair dental kit and lot of other stuff everything was missing from room

Food quality is very bad, washroom shower and exhaust also not working, they don't have buffet breakfast as mentioned while booking. They provide in room dining and the way they gave us the breakfast was much unhygienic, without covering with any cover or lid they served us the breakfast in room. But the room is good, overall the property is okok

Every hotel of nagpur checked out time is 24 hours. Malhar paradise is only 12 hours check out time. Very bad response. This is my last booking from make my trip.

The hotel was average. Not very good. The hotel room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the location was a bit off the main road.

Overall stay experience was good location was near to airport good hotel for overnight stay room, bathroom was clean. It would be better if hotel provide taxi service to airport because hotel is situated bit away from main road.

The rooms and linen were neat and clean and very well maintained. The service by the reception and other staff was excellent. The breakfast was very simple but tasty with a homely touch and par excellence.

I liked the room, the decor of the room. Only one issue i faced, was the slow running tap water and broken bathroom door. Rest everything was good.

Very nice stay at this hotel, location is very nice near to the airport, behaviour of the staff is very good, room have sufficient space, toilet is clean and also provide all the essentials like dental kit also, it's a great value for money i will highly recommend for this

Rooms are not at all to level of price that charges. Extra price for breakfast cost me almost 1000 rupees but the breakfast option is literally nothing. Customer service is also worst

*best in hospitality* this hotel is one of the best ones, out of those i've stayed at, when it comes to hospitality. The owner and the staff personally ensure that all the visitors' needs are catered to at the earliest. It is a relatively small property but their service is at par with any 3 star hotel. The hotel is located at a distance of not more than 3kms from the nagpur airport and it takes less than. 15 mins to reach there from the airport by cab. I could only get time to have breakfast there, so based on that, the food quality was above average. However, they don't have a dedicated dining area. The room size is a bit small for working from the room but the appreciable cleanliness and prompt provision of all required amenities make it a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property does have some scope of improvement on the fronts of accessibility, minor repairs, proactive readiness, but i will certainly recommend this place for a short stay in nagpur city if you're looking for a good hotel with great hospitality which is close to the airport.

Hotel is basically, rooms with attached washroom and food delivery service is available to the room. Good for short stays, value for money i would say. Caretaker is very active and attentive. Rooms, washrooms are kept clean, all basic in room facilities are available like tv, ac etc.
