3. Horrible condition of the rooms, parking issues, services at restaurant very slow, overall not impressive and i wouldn’t recommend staying here at 5000- per night costs.

Poor Stay

I didn't like the hotel at all. It was having dirty rooms. The room service person was standing on my head for signing the bill. While i was having food. Worst experience

My recent stay at hotel regenta central, nagpur, left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel has some good aspects, there were several areas where it fell short, especially in terms of service. The rooms were moderately spacious and equipped with basic amenities. However, the maintenance seemed lacking. There were minor issues with the cleanliness, such as stained linens and dusty corners, which diminished the overall comfort. The furnishings also appeared outdated, and some of the bathroom fixtures were in need of repair.

Location is in nandavan, which is distance from railway and airport. Room are very good air conditioning is pathetic. I had to change 2ropms and still the air conditioning in 3rd room also did not cool. Had to get a table fan installed. Room service etc are all good

Lobby and room has smoke and alcohol odour. Ac was not working hence have to shift to other room at 12. 30 am. Rooms are not well maintained as shown in photos. We booked two rooms but i think they gave us much smaller rooms.

Breakfast not ready even at 8 am. Hotel timings is 7:30 am as per reception desk. Lots of mosquito inside room. Light tripping again and again

The stay was very comfortable even the food was very nice and i was there earlier than my check in timing and upgraded my room also. The day of checkout i told them i will checkout at 5 am they packed my breakfast. So overall it was excellent

The hotel is well-maintained, good staff, should increase the swimming pool time as it's just till 7 pm, whereas other hotels give time till 10 pm, due to this i was unable to go to the swimming pool. Overall experience was good
