It is a decent hotel at a decent place in nagpur. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only drawback i felt was their inclusive breakfast. They served poha everyday without any change in their menu so that is one thing i didn't like about it. Also i asked the staff to clean my room and change the bedsheets but they just cleaned the room and set the bed with old bedsheets only. The bedsheets had little stains on them but overall it is a good place to stay.

The staff is least bothered about guests. They will not be available at desk when called and will lie about it. They will only help if you ask. That too only what you ask for. In that also so much attitude as if they are paying to work here. 3 start are only for the room. Location is also very much inside.

Rooms were dirty, without proper hygiene. I reached hotel around 9. 45 pm, tired and exhausted wanting to to just sleep. On checking in, found that room was unorganised, the bedsheets were unclean with stains, the water geyser in bathroom had a broken pipe, no soap/hand wash, no towel. Only a water bottle was given. When tried to call the in room services intercom nu ber "9, no one would pick up the call. Everytime, you want something, go to the ground floor and then ask. Disastrous experience for the amount paid.

It was an average, just to stay for short duration, bedsheet and pillow wasn't cleaned luckily i carried my own. Washroom window was uncovered (broken glasses. Service was also average, got every basic needs after multiple follow-up

Good stay for one nigh

The room is ok in size. But the location is too inside in the city. Bathroom was clean. Except tea/coffee, no food is available in the hotel. But lots of outside food was available nearby. Room has good size balcony with nice seating arrangement.

The room service was terrible and they not provide supporting staff. I was not get a cup of tea in morning even though i had ordered it.

The location is little bit away and difficult however the owner and the room service is good and clean bathroom parking is there no issue breakfast is also good

Hotel restr in is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco -friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Minimalistic hotel with good stay. If you just want to place to sleep and go for work or function this place will do. If u r looking for luxury then please avoid. Only tea and breakfast available. Rooms are average. Location is still slightly remote to hotels pubs and airport.

I had a delightful stay at restro inn. The impeccable service, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout, easily heck in check out, no issue in this, made my experience truly memorable. The room was spotlessly clean, and offered a nice balcony view. The amenities were ok. There is no restoaraht but it is good for us to order on swiggy or zomato. Overall, restro inn combines luxury with genuine hospitality, creating an exceptional stay that i highly recommend.

The hotel is ok. Good things are: room and washroom was neat and clean. The checkin was smooth and staff is also good. Not so good: location is a bit far from main road no food option within the hotel for dinner (though they provided the breakfast) washroom geyser was not working, which was expected in winter bed lenin was good and clean but the head rest was looking quite uncleaned. Overall, ok at this price for a quick stay if you are able to catch hold of dinner outside and ok with some minor negatives mentioned above

Stay is good, neat and clean. Only problem is location, little remote.But good. Food need to improve. Restaurant should be added.

Felt like there is a complete mismatch between what been paid and what i got. Room is pretty congested and no space to walk without touching bed or walls. Doesn't j justify 2k per night price for this room.

The stay was comfortable. The location is peaceful. Room was clean and hygienic. Toilets were not smelly. Complimentary breakfast is one of best the things of all. Will prefer this hotel for a stay in future as well.

My recent experience at this hotel left me extremely disappointed. We arrived late in the evening to find that our room was far from the standards we expected. Here's a breakdown of our unfortunate stay: check-in chaos: despite checking in late, our room was not prepared for our arrival, setting the tone for the entire stay. Uncleaned room: we were greeted by used towels left in the bathroom, a clear sign that the room had not been adequately cleaned before our arrival. Hygiene issues: to our horror, we discovered strands of hair and even curled hair inside the telephone, which raised serious concerns about the room's cleanliness. Unapologetic staff: upon complaining about these issues, the staff's response was shockingly unapologetic. Not a single word of apology was offered, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests. Lack of amenities: the room lacked basic amenities. There was no toiletries, no kettle, and we had to make do without these essentials. Dirty comforter: the comforter had slimy marks, further adding to our discomfort and disgust. Missing dust bin: surprisingly, there was no dust bin in the room, making it inconvenient for us to dispose of our waste properly. Bathroom woes: the bathroom drain was clogged, making our daily routines more challenging and less pleasant. On a positive note, the hotel did provide us with parking upon our request, but this was the only aspect of our stay that could be considered satisfactory.

The staff was very good, hotel was clean, but they can do better with hygiene. The bedsheets were torn as if they have been using since ages and the washroom stink-ed bad. Also the door of the bathroom was very difficult to close. But apart from that it was a nice stay.
