I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this property. Firstly, the room i was given was far smaller which felt deceptive. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a broken glass panel, When i brought to the staff's attention, they offered an upgraded room, but only at an additional cost. This felt like exploitation rather than customer service. Even after paying the extra charges, the lady receptionist repeatedly came to my room, knocking on the door to confirm whether the upgrade was paid for, which was intrusive and unprofessional. Moreover, the staff member at the reception was extremely rude and arrogant. His behavior was unwelcoming and added to the already frustrating experience. Overall, this stay was unpleasant and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

The staff is worst, management is worst on check in we booked 2 ac rooms but we wear allotted 1 ac and other normal room while complaining about it they argued with us and told us that we can cancel your booking, they did not kepi our booking of 2. Rooms reserved and at the time of check in they asked us all to adjust in one room, and later allotted us 2 nd room, worst experience ever

Very shady. Not apt for family. At first, the reception denied reservation saying property has been sold out.
