Bathroom and room was not clean. Blanket and bedsheet was also very dirty. No geyser available for hot water. Very bad experience.

Excellent experience. Very helpful host. Clean n hygiene. On little bit height but lake view was worth staying. Couple friendly n food was also good

It's very difficult to reach the property because of so many stairs and at higher altitudes from lake & mall road, complementary breakfast is too little to satisfy. Food quality average. Only the plus point is beautiful view of lake.

Very poorly maintained. Exhaust fan in toilets not working & bathrooms are so dirty. Bed sheets & quilt covers are so dirty and full of smell. Tvs also not running in the rooms. Reception boy also not courteous. Any how spent night hours. Approach is also after climbing nearly 60-70 stairs up. Terribly stayed.

I was charged 2213 rupees for 1 night stay just to find these things 1. There was no geyser in bathroom nor proper lighting 2. Blanket & bedsheet condition were terrible 3. Room was not clean at all 4. Foul odour in room.

Location was good, i had booked a lake view room. There were no provision for my bike parking (though they have mentioned that parking facility available with hotel) one have to travel through multiple steps to reach the hotel from road nearby. There were no health faucet available in bathroom. No water heater equipment like geyser available inside bathroom. One have wait long for solar heated water. Food served was tasty.

Never ever book this chinar lake guest house which is located at very high altitude in nainital. Very dirty bedsheet, dirty pillows, dirty blanket. Hotel staff will not provide complementary water bottles to drink, no soap, no shower gel, very dirty towel. Broken taps and very smelly water with algae coming out from the taps. Guys please don't ever fall in the trap of this chinar lake view rooms, you will definitely regret once you reach this hotel.

Once we reached the hotel, the staff disagreed to acknowledge our booking through make my trip. They said you speak to customer care of make my trip because we don't have a booking on your name. Then when we showed the booking voucher they spoke to their senior and then they said we will provide you with room but still no apology for such a rude behavior. They spoke to us in such a terrible and pathetic way that we were so disappointed with both make my trip and the hotel. Moreover, they did not provide us with parking facility and they said they don't have a parking facility at the hotel and that was a lie because we saw the parking facility. When questioned they again started lying saying their own vehicles are in godown and they don't have a parking facility.

Booked with advance paid. during check in staff told we are not aware of your booking. when i called MMT costm. Care. soon after they called us yes we got notification dont call or file complaint. i had booked lakeview room and they said that is not available right not take another one. room was pathetic and washroom as well. No cleanliness. worst decision.

The rooms were clean, comfortable but the bed sheets linens were dirty. The staff was amazing very cooperative they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Visited with family. Very well connected location to mall road and naini lake. View from hotel is awesome. Rooms are also good. Mall road, restaurant, naini lake, atm etc all are in walking distance. Separate free parking also available.

Location is 300 metres away from mall road. It is located on a hill. Parking space is available. View from hotel is good staff is helpful and co-operative.
