i recently stayed here with my friends and their families, and while the location is decent and the staff were friendly, i left feeling disappointed by the overall experience, especially considering the steep price. the rooms were much smaller than i expected for a "premium" hotel, and the furniture felt outdated. the decor was basic, and although the bed was comfortable, i've stayed at other hotels at the same price point with far more modern amenities and better upkeep. the bathroom was functional but showed signs of wear and tear—again, not luxurious by any means. what really surprised me was the lack of certain amenities. there were no heaters in the room, and the family suite we booked was actually smaller than some standard rooms i've stayed in at other hotels. for the price, i was hoping for a more polished and comfortable stay. all in all, the experience didn't justify the cost, especially considering i've stayed at other properties that offered better value in terms of quality, service, and overall experience. unless you're specifically drawn to the location or there's something unique about the hotel, i’d suggest looking elsewhere for better value.

The royal suite duplex which i booked was not provided to me. They provided the room at the ground floor which didn't have any view. If the room was not available why was it showing on mmt. I wouldn't have wasted so much money for booking a suite without any view of the mountain and valley.

The suite was quite spacious and comfortable. The amenities were also adequate for a delightful stay. The view from the balcony was picturesque. There was ample space for parking as well. The food was also delicious.

Its been worst experience of lifetime. You dont have options for food anywhere else and food this resort serves is pathetic and excessively overpriced. They should be sued. Strecherous road which leads to the resort, not for elderly.
