The stay was nice the only thing that matters is the hotel needs to mention that it is situated in height in case any senior citizens are coming. Other then that i was a great experience.

The hotel had no mineral water facility available neither there were extra blankets in severe cold of 6 degrees neither there was wifi facility available in our entire stay of 2 nights

1. Location is not satisfactory. No proper approach to the naini lake the prime place of nainital tourist spot. 2. Amenities- tea kit for morning tea not provided 3. Water is not given in sealed bottles 4. Room is quite small and not commensurate with the amount collected 5. No proper place for parking vehicle 6 we tried for change of dates of previous bookoing but our request was not properly dealt with.

The hygiene was not upto mark. The pillow covers were torn and cushions were not clean. The room size provided to us was much less than the mentioned 240 sqft. Curtains has fungus or mold like something. Service guy was also great. The good thing was the view from the hotel. You will get a to z lake view.

This was the worst experince. The hotel is on height which is deficult to reach by walking. The room was deprived of basic facilities like room heater, good food.

There was not enough cleaniness, washbasin tap and shower were not functioning properly, large number of monkeys so that we did not enjoy the lake view from balcony, food was very costly and taste and quality was also average

Do not stay. Such bad property, the staff is very rude. Had waited almost half a hour at the reception, shouting someone to come and attend, when nobody came i left, but the owner later called and talked very rudely, moreover, he did not even accept that the reception could be empty for such long time. Please don't waste your time and money on this hotel.
