Property location is great. It is just in front of naini lake. But rooms are not good. Bed mattresses, blankets are old and outdated. Almirah is not usable. Hot water is not available all time. It comes only for certain time. Owner / top managers are good but other staff's behaviour is rude. This property needs overall renovation. At present it is overvalued.

The location is amazing right on the mall road. The food was alright. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They would also give u good suggestions wrt travel and your local sightseeing itinerary. The rooms are huge but old style

Worst experience of hotel and mmt team

We checked out in one day and did not get back to hotel and nobody from mmt help us to resolve our first day problem and make cancellation and refund of 2nd day

Worst hotel to stay not even worth a 1000 as for staff and amenity

Worst experience of hotel, no fan in room, no room service between 12:00 noon till 04:00 evening, no parking at property neither they provide vale parking person, rude behaviour for assistance no body from hotel help to assist car park and i have to stay in car more than 1 hour to find parking which is 1 around 700 meter away from hotal and has to bear mall l road traffic.

The hotel is pathetically outdated never ever visit this hotel way way way over priced and don’t think someone will good over there no chance only one good thing is that it’s on mall road.

Terrible Stay

Only thing good about the hotel is the location. The property is old and run down and surprisingly they charge a 5 star rate. Worst part they gave no parking, no arrangement for parking, no valet who cud park your car. We had to park in public parking and we checked out after 1 day. Reception staff is also not very helpful. I left my headphones and gave been trying to contact them stocorier but nobody is responding.

Fittings in bathroom and also room very old and shabby. Needs renovation in both bathroom and room. Almirah was not properly functional. As per tariff of hotel very low standard.

Experience was very good. It was very cold at night. Room heaters should be provided. Hot water bags was provided to mitigate the cold nights.

India hotel might seem like a great choice at first, being located in the mall road, but the hotel leaves a bad taste of the whole trip to this beautiful hill station. It seems all of their focus is targeted towards minting money.

Room facilities as per the rent is very poor

We have booked a lake view luxury room. On check-in, we came to know that there is no lift and you have climb upto 4th floor. So on request they have provided me at 1st floor. As per the rate the rooms were not upto the mark. Hot water was available upto 7pm only. No dental and other toiletries excep soap is provided. They have charged rs 8000- but no facilities as such.

Excellent place. Friendly staff and wonderful location. We have tried different food and every time we were surprised with sumptuous food. Apart from located on the mall road, hotel people are helpful and friendly. I have stayed here in the past and will do so in the future as well.
