It was a cosy place. With a beautiful scenic view of the nainital lake and the mountains. Rooms and living area were good. The lights in one of the rooms were not working even though i called the caretaker for it. He came but couldn't figure out why it was not working. The flush was not working in one of the washrooms. The property is at a far away height from the mall road. Rest everything was good. The caretaker and the manager was very helpful with our luggage and all.

There is lot off issues here in this property. Don’t know how it is rated 5stars. No water whole day, i called them more than 10 times due to water problems. Staffs are no supportive, you call them and they will respond after 15 mins. Sofas are not in good condition loose from the bottom. Balcony door locks are not in working condition. Room window locks are broken. Utensils in kitchen are not clean and washed. Wifi is slow. Think twice before booking this type of property at high price.

Caretaker gave us bhk villa which didn’t even had basic stuff like ro, he changed our room to further more pathetic room where geysers were also not working. It is located quite uphill and unless you are physically fit and can do a small trek please don’t opt for this property
