A very pleasant place to stay. Rooms are neat, spacious. Food was excellent, stay was fantastic, hospitality management is excellent. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helped. Hotel's restaurant serves great food, a bit expensive but lovely taste, specially from north indian taste point. Rest is good will recommend to fellow travelers worth for money.

While booking, the bed size is described as king size. It turned out to be small. The air conditioner was in bad condition. They did not have the blades to direct the breeze. They did not cool properly. The price paid for the room was inclusive of breakfast and either lunch or dinner. At dinner time, we were told that it is a restricted dinner. Meaning that, above a certain limit, you had to pay additionally. This was not disclosed at time of booking. The manager had the audacity to lecture us stating that we get only what we paid for. The toilet door did not have a proper latch. The commode seat was badly stained with a strange blue colour. No hot water. All this after we complained and were allotted another room, which was worse than the first one.

It was not good. They charged for breakfast. Check out time very strict. They didn't give 24hours. They also told had u booked direct with golden palace straight, they would have given 24hours.

We had booked for a 2 days stay and 3 rooms. The front office reception staff were rude right from the beginning The staff on checking refused to give room keys, gave only one room key . Please stay away from this hotel.
