We were informed that we are not able to stay for the full booked period despite paying in full for 3 nights in advance. In the end we had to find a new hotel all the way in karur which is almost 50km away. In the time of writing i am not able to claim refund because of make my trip limited ivr response and no customer service call options.

Very friendly environment and welcoming staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were soon settled in our room. It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Worst ever experience. Never dare to choose this one. They never cared abt anything and i find suspicious they are doing something here in this hotel.

After booking through make my trip 48 hours before also we got room delayed by 3 hours in. 2. 45 pm only. To avoid last minute surprises we are booking in make my trip. Even though it was not fair. Terrible experience

I stayed at royal residency for one day to attend my seminar program. For check in they made me to wait for more than 40 minutes. While receiving the key, they informed me that flush will not be function as i need to collect the water for flush out. I told ok. There is no room boy services, no toiletries, no towel. As the hotel is newly constructed rooms are good. Even though i stayed there, i didn't order the food where they preparing, kitchen is horrible, i went for near by hotels for my food. I think the owner is dont care about this hotel business. For individuals it's ok. For family i won't re commend this place for stay. Cost is also high.

Room good. No lift and noone to carry my bag to-2nd floor. Car parking is thru narrow path. Could improve.

Nice room food service are very nice but so long time waiting anyway very good we loved it i think again i'll go this hotel room service likely slow but food quality is very good try it everyone but if you booking room call before booking because stay waiting some hrs.
