+ location is just opposite to the station +staff tries to help even mid night — no cleanliness — towels, toilets, bedsheets were horrible..

Smelly rooms, no parking space for cars, bathrooms were smelling and fixtures were not in use and in broken conditions, no hot water in bathrooms, no room service

Pathetic service and quality from the hotel side, room and washroom are very dirty when i asked them to clean, they argued with me.

The room was comfortable. Value for money. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. Location is excellent. As soon as one comes out of the railway station, one will hit the hotel. Our train reached at 4. 00am. We didn't have any problem at that hour too.

PROS 1. The staff are very very Helpful and Humble. 2. Hotel Sugandha Residency is directly opposite Railway Station and I am having train at early morning 3:00 O clock so best choice for me. 3. AC is working fine 4. Water is coming all day although hot water is not available. 5.They tried maximum to maintain the ambience clean but cockroaches destroyed it. CONS. 1. Bathroom is smelling although they helped by spraying phenols. 2 There are cockroaches everywhere MY BED PILLOW IN BATHROOM SINK IN COMMODE There is a cigarette tray which is not cleaned. Staff should have removed it since they gave room to the family with two women. It's great choice for whom want to board the train early morning and late night I would recommend it Go for it

Location wise it is very good if you are looking for a hotel near the railway station, just opposite the maintenance of the station, it is good if you please for only one night stay, price is cheaper compared to other hotels, toilets are not mentioned properly but ok, for food you have to go outside, room size is small.

The room was very small. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Water was not coming from the basin tap. All taps were not working properly.

Charged so much money but given nothing as a compliment even 2 cup of tea, for my future trips i'll never recommend mm t for booking.

Hotel is in unclean area there is no lift in the hotel bathrooms not maintained. There is no arrangement for even tea.

These rooms are only for the transit period. The rooms are like dharamshala. Though the rooms were ac. But no water bottles kept no towels and toiletry. You will get the things only wehn you ask for. There is no restaurent. So if u r planning i suggest it is better to stay at waiting rooms of rly station.

very disappointed 😞 the photographs were completely misleading because the interior of the room was very dirty starting with the floor to the door mat also the bathroom and the wash basin. it was nothing like that is shown in the photographs and do not recommend this hotel at all. they did not even sweep the floor god know since how many days and there were here flying all over the door mat.

Just beside station when travel-ling in odd times. Decent rooms. Has tv facilities also. Good eating places near hotel. Rates can be a bit lower.

Hotel is clean and good. Only car parking not available there. We have to park our car at railway's paid car parking.

Location good, food or breakfast facility not available in hotel but as it is near to station, you can get it outside, wifi not working in room. Toilet, bucket etc dirty, towel dirty, in toiletries only soap was provided which will not be good even for washing hand. There is common lighting for room. So, you can't keep a night light or passage light on.
