It was nice location to stay with family. And very clean and neat they provided high branded interior in the rooms. Love that hotel. Finally.

Very poor customer service

This turned out to be a nightmare! we booked 2 rooms based on the ratings. One room was fine but the flush wasn't working in the other room. The maintenance guy instead of admitting that there was a problem, thought we are idiots and started telling nonsense like it takes lot if time for the toilet to refill for the next flush. Of course, it doesn't flush even after waiting for 5 minutes. He ran out of excuses and was forced to give us a different room. Given this experience, one would think that they check and make sure that the flush is working, but sadly this one doesn't work either! after about half an hour of trying, they moved us to yet another room. Thankfully the flush was working but there was no a/c. In the morning, flush gave problems again. There were women and children and moved the room 2 times (3 rooms. When we complained, the guy was telling, with a straight face, with no hint of apology that "we moved you to a different room and we did the best we can. We can't do anything more. Then we spoke to the owner and he promised that he will return the money for that room, which of course he never did. Never again to this hotel.

We stayed for only one night in a deluxe room. Stay was comfortable and the hotel was decent enough.

I stayed 1 night with family. Room is just ok. Bed sheets were not clean. Not even water bottle provided. From evening time there is a bar and restaurant which makes u feel very uncomfort. I had to book room on urgency and no other rooms were available. Better to avoid if u go with family. No food available but many options are there around. The only advantage is that hotel is on the main road and easy to locate.

Terrible Stay

There was a lot of cigarette smell coming from the room. When you visit a hotel it is so bad. The washrooms are also not clean enough to use properly. Surroundings were too bad where lot of wastage was put there.

The room was good and spacious. But the hotel does have a restaurant. Nearby hotels are not good, hence had to travel about half km to eat a decent meal. They should start a restaurant inside itself. There is ample car parking available. Since it is just opposite to the apsrt bus stand lot if vehicle noise is there as most of them use air horn and cars roots horn.

Hotel ambiance and looking is good. Staff is in friendly nature. Bathroom is cleaned and also room is good. But the bed and blanket is quiet negative impression on it. I thought they was cleaned it but looking it was dirty and not cleaned so far this only the negative on it all other is superb.

Stay was good. But early morning hot water for drinking, coffee and light breakfast can be provided as complementary. This will really help the travellers. Especially senior citizens who are traveling will need.

Too rigid with check out. Says whatever happens, you need to checkout at 12. 00. Left it and booked at another place just for additional two hours of additional stay

Modern, well furnished, smart lock, air conditioned, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel is just an opposite to the bus stop very helpful in the journey.

Very basic facilties. No restaurant. Bar in the same premises. Not recommwnded for families. Front desk is not customer friendly.

Had to stay here for a night to catch early morning bus, not so clean rooms but can manage for a night stay. You can hear lot of vehicle sounds since it's on the main road

Me and my husband stay at hotel for two nights. Non ac rooms are at best price than ac rooms. It is near to bus stand and have other transportation services just outside the hotel. They have provided good service and facilities as mentioned.
