The hotel is in prime location but the room is not good old bath room commode leaking water continuously rusted fittings. On repeated request they have provided towels but not washed. Staff are not cordial. For small town like nandyal it's expensive. No hangers in cup boards. No door mats on floor the night lamp at bed was broken and hanging. Booked the hotel on the previous day night but check in allowed at 2 pm on next day, till time roaming on roads they denied early check in you have to ask for water even genuinely it's not good hotel.

Room was very bad smell, there is no shower in bathroom, there is no tv signal. Only idle available in breakfast thats is also worsted taste.

Hotel is situated at a good location. The room was good. The booking should be on 24 hours basis. I had to pay more as compared to my actual stay.

Hotel location was good. It used be good in every ascept. But now you can clear difference in lack of maintenance. Hotel ambience was good but you can clearly observe lack of effort in maintaining the property. Food was okish

Washroom tap was broken and water leaking , only entrance was neat and clean , room was ok, break fast was bad.

Toilet was not clean there was no towel and we have to request for it. There was no remote control for ac. The western toilet did not have a seat.

It was a night stay for us and it was very comfortable. As it was a small town we didn't have much expectation on the hotel but it was extremely good. Only problem was the hot water was not coming

My experience at suraj grand is ultimate. They quite customer friendly and receiving guests is in well manner. Rooms are awesome and very hygienic. Complementary breakfast is also availability which i didn’t tried. Overall very good experience at suraj grand. My rating is 4. 9/5.

1. The room does not have telephone access. 2. The towels is dirty 3. There is no shower cap but water will come from shower, due to which u are bound to have headbath. 4. No proper cleaning of floors as well as bathrooms l. 5. You cannot expect proper room service for food 6. Breakfast, no much items and it will be very cold if u go after 9. 30 am. 7. Don’t expect it is a best hotel. You can stay as there are no options for so many hotels.
