i stayed at dinesh grand narasaraopeta from 16th to 17th september 2024, and the experience was quite disappointing. upon check-in, i used the towel provided, which had a bad odor. there was no water bottle, dental kit, kettle, or room service, and the ventilation was poor. i booked the room including taxes, but i found the price unjustified for the service provided. the hotel didn’t even offer basic amenities like water for guests at check-in, and it seems they feel providing a room at this price is a big deal. they don’t have sufficient staff to maintain the property properly. if you’re planning a stay in narasaraopeta, i seriously recommend avoiding this hotel—it’s not worth the money. there are better options nearby. the washroom was unclean and the hotel overall needs significant improvement. i’m sharing this review to help others avoid wasting their money on such a poor experience.". thank you

We were the only room occupied. When there was power cut they didn't on generator rats were present

The photos which was displayed and actual is different. The room is very small no cleanliness very terrible and pathetic hotel. The basic amenities also not provided never stayed such a hotel in my lifetime collecting Suggest not to prefer this hotel.

The quality of the room is poor. Not properly cleaned. The price and quality doesn’t match. They must improve.

Overall it's an average experience. They should concentrate on cleanliness of the room and bathroom. After checked in to room, i see lot of dust and hair on floor. When entered bathroom it's so skidy. Taps are broken. Flush is hard. Except this everything is fine. Images not taken

The experience is quite tough due to lack of cleanliness, discomfort-able mattresses & moderate customer service. Room price doesn’t match with the service.
