The staff wasnt cooperative. They were acting out of obligation not even properly answering simple questions. Also we suggest to have dormitory for drivers. Rooms were fine but dint had dental kit. We never had this kind of experience with holiday inn. This was a let down

Our stay at this property was excellent. Food was excellent it has wide variety of options available. Would recommend this property for a couple. Families might check for room size before booking.

Rooms are impossibly small, service is poor, they serve mtr packed sabji in dinner. When they are seeing two persons are checking in, still they keep only one cup, one towel, no water, tv does nit work, call for service is not attended with excuse 'i forgot. Do you want more fee f back?

Stay was nice. Ample of parking is available. Rooms are clean. 24 hrs. Hot water available. Menu is limited, but tasty. Only room service is available. You have to carry your luggage, no service for that. Check-in and chrck-out is faster.

Having igh hotel but not having whisky glass with them. They provide paper glass. Breakfast was not at all good, food was not fresh.

Better management is required, rooms are small and okish maintained kept somewhat kept clean, but for the budgeted price you pay, you can't really be fussy, parking can be an issue if a weekend

The service was pathetic. It takes them at-least 1 hour to process any request, be it just getting dental kit or towel or shaving it. Had faced this issues multiple times in just 2 days of stay at this property. Had asked them to clean the room and to my surprise the room wasn’t cleaned when i returned. All in all really bad experience staying here would not recommend guests to book here.
