Rooms were neat and clean and the hotel has car parking which is a plus point. Location wise, it is not far from the city centre. Restaurant food was great as well. Only thing is that we had to remind multiple times to give towels, dental kits, water bottles. Other then this, it was a great stay.

Room was good but service was very slow. Only poha, idli and bread available in paid breakfast at 10 am. Very slow service, we have to follow up multiple times for every request made

Clean and safe hotel

Clean and safe hotel. Stayed with family for 2 days. Hotel have private parking space. Vegetarian restaurant is present in the hotel. If you are non-veg there are many resturants nearby. Hotel is very near to main market but still in quite place. There was power failure in night. It took almost 45 minutes to start generator.

Room service is very horrible. Towel, water bottel, brush, hand wash is not provided. Bathroom is not clean. Mirrors are not clean. Bath stool is also not provided. No water pressure in wash basin.

Reasonable location and price good rooms for 3 people however service was below par in breakfast hardly any options and that too without any taste. All breakfast like poha upma was given cold. Only on complain g they made hot. For soap towels in room had to call multiple times. Opt only if you need location near panchavati and left few options

1. Even if booking done in advance. They made us(along with my family) wait for half an hour for allotting of room. Reason told. Room are now being cleaned and still it has wet floor. 2. After wait they allotted rooms somewhere in basement floor where common area not cleaned, had some stinky smell. 3. After a days stay we observed small little spiders on bed 4. They dint provided basic hygiene such toothpaste, brush, soaps, wipes etc. 5. Bedsheets are average cleaned. 6. No wifi connection 7. Rooms in basement so there is no mobile network. 8. We have to pickup water bottle from reception to our room. 9. Tea maker is very bad shape as its not cleaned or used over peiord of months of time. 10. Poor staff management 11. Rude staff behavior as they didn't listen or wait what we want to say.

We had excellent experience in hotel. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, room side is bigger with other required amenities. Ample space of parking of more than 50 cars. They have restaurant, which food is very nice. Location is good. Hotel staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and supportive. Hotel is on road

Hotel look was good - but standard rooms need to improve in terms of room quality and hygiene standards. Food for dinner was okay and can be much better

It's a new construction so hotel rooms are good and clean, modern. Comfortable. The restaurant is still to be functional. Staff was proactive and service was good
