The only good part is the hotel location. They do not have proper parking, i opted for breakfast option while booking. Hotel staff put an additional charge for the child and were unable to serve 20 people at a time while they had the count in advance. No water in the wash room in the morning and provided water in the bucket!

Very good experience. Hotel room was spacious and all necessary amenities were present. Staffs were well behaved and very helpful. The resturant had various veg and non-veg dishes to try out. I had a booking for 2 nights which completely worth it. The only improvement requires at car parking space which is not adequate when its rush season when i travelled.

The hotel seems to be a bit old. The concern is the hot water available only few hours in the morning. The restaurant available with in the hotel is good but the quantity of curries like panner masala which has only 4 pieces for 300rs is very less for what they charged for it.

Queries 1} bed not comfortable. (two single bed joined for two person) thats why sleep not perfect. 2} mineral water charges they taken more. (35rs- water bottle price charged it's to high) 3} hot water not provided.

Location, service and food are amazing, there are no amenities as such. But lt is situated in heart of nashik and would be a good choice of hotel for family.

Room service was fast but lack of 24/7 faster hot water service and handwash, toilet paper in bathrooms.

Hotel maintenance is not good, you will see lot of dust inside room. Fan will be full of dust and when it will start it makes sound. Room is also very small and smelly. Rooms are very old and not specious

Maintenance of the bathroom is not properly managed. Blockages found in bathroom. Room cleaning is good room service also good.

Misleading photos and non hygiene rooms

Rooms are over priced for the quality. Photos are completely misleading since rooms are no where near to what was depicted in the images. Room hygiene is not maintained. Blankets and bed sheets are covered with spots and are not cleaned we had to use our own bed sheets.

Good stay. Nice welcoming staff. Dum factory food good but price wise on higher side. In bathroom bath tub can be removed. And corridor can be better lit

Cleanness and hygiene well maintained. Location wise good. If you are doing budget traveling this is hotel is the best option. Low price with all most all required amenities. Just required some renovation but as per price its acceptable. Friendly and welcoming nature of staff. Need to improve varities in breakfast buffet.

Me and my wife stay 1 day and night. Overall not too good and not too bad because location is good, parking available but blanket and towel was dirty when i asked another then they provided cleaned. Hotel lift was not working. Staff looks very helpful.

The hotel room and its furniture were good, but you would get safogets because there was no window opening. bedsheets and blankets were not washed. Also, I'm very sad about they're taking charges for the water bottles.

Though makemytrip confirmed 2 meals per person, on reaching the hotel they informed only breakfast included.

I booked a family room. I suggest you please don't book a hotel by thinking of nearby bus stops and free breakfast options because they told me that at the time i checked in from 7 a. M. To 11 a. M, you would get breakfast, but the next day, when i checked out at 8 a. M, they denied breakfast by saying sorry. This time you will get breakfast, but you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes because we don't have a hotel and we have to give orders outside. This is nonsense. Let me tell you, when i asked for complimentary water bottles in the afternoon, they said sorry, sir, we're not providing water bottles, but you can get them from our linked hotel. Water bottle 30 rs, tea 45 rs, and poha 90 rs. The bedding is very old, the toilet is dirty, the blanket smells, and the tv is not working, so tell me, friend, for what services they are charging rupees. Conclusion what's indian breakfast time, and if they give you dinner and lunch by charging a 5-star rate in your room but not water and breakfast?

The room was unusually big with dining and sitting area for the price. Very good staff. Helpful receptionist lady.
