The location of the hotel was quite easy to locate. The overall hospitality of the hotel was very good. Well maintained room, good quality of food. The only drawback was that there were no proper bathroom supplies.

Hotel was nice and clean, only receptionist which was doing day duty needs to improve the skills, as the work of receptionist first of all there should a smile on face there was no smile, needs to improve the skills.

It was an excellent stay. Rooms well maintained, comfortable, staff very much responsive and cooperative. Room service was also good. Due to close proximity to the main road, vehicle traffic noise is there in the balcony, else no disturbance in the room. Overall recommend this hotel for business or personal stay.

The hotel facilities and services is below par on standards. No internet works, toilet fitting are broken and the service of staffs is below average. Management must invest in the facility to make a better service to customers

The hotel is located on the nashik trimbak main road and can be easily located. The hotel was neat and clean with all facilities that a traveller needs in any hotel. The rate was reasonable and their food was too good.

Location of the hotel is ok. Food is quite expensive. Lift was too congested. Extra charges for room service are also quite exorbitant

Very bad experience check in time shown 2 pm but room given at 5 pm, bathroom tap not working, morning normal water system not worked. Dental kit not available.
