I had an incredible stay at hotel seven heaven the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

1. the breakfast time was till 10:30 but the buffet was empty by 9:30 while half of people were yet to eat 2. hot water was not available 3. internet/ tv was not working 4. refilled mineral water bottles were provide on the second day of stay 5. the staff is least bothered about any service

Amazing fabulous experience stay at seven hotel. Net ans clean hotel room with hygienic attached toilet. Hotel staff very car ring and co operative. Food is also amazing.

Location, amenities, services good. It is a bar hotel, so the food was extremely spicy, even after i explained that i cannot tolerate spicy food and chose the least spicy food they recommended and promised to prepare it without adding chilli.

Room was big but ac in the room was too loud, no hot water in the night when i checked in, curtains in room are not black out curtain and outside truck noise started in the room early morning, overall could not get a sound sleep for which i booked this room

The staff management is very poor, they were literally rude while checking it. We personally didn't like this hotel. I will suggest not to stay here.

Worst hotel to stay at. There were no water. We had to leave at 6:00 am in the morning but couldn't leave due to unavailability of water in hotel room. The receptionist assured that we'll get water till 6:20 but didn't provide.

In one word: terrible. They should not be asking for more than 1000 inr per room. They gave us the wrong room first. Later changed the room after reminding them twice and wasting 2 hours. Gave a room whose bed sheets and all was not changed. They kept the used ones. The wifi was super slow. Reuquests made for simple coffee took a long time. The food was terrible. Breakfast was pathetic. Not much options and the food shared was also not great. Overall a bad experiwence. Please dont book

Amenities in the room were not available e. G. Towel, glass for drinking water, kettle was missing. And after multiple reminders only they provided those. Housekeeping management not up to the mark
