Bad experience, very disappointed

I have been to many other accor hotels in india, and this is my second time in nashik ibis. Before it was good room condition was good. Everything this is good. But this time very bad experience, first the give us room like we did not pay full money their shower jel was laying on bathroom and hand was was laying on wash basin and room was smelling something different like room was not opened from may days their food taste was good but at morning when i want to order some ala carte breakfast from room, but they denied they said no breakfast will serve in room i think this is my first time i got got know ala carte breakfast is not serving in room this was very disappointed, we are paying for that and staying i think this is not accor hotels policy,

Room is the size of a hole. Basic toiletries are missing in the room. Property is very basic for its price. You’ll get much better properties in this price

This hotel is excellent location and amenities wise. Only glitch was food. They do serve good breakfast and quick bites. But do not expect same quality and value for money service when it is about serving veg and non-veg meal items.

Breakfast time is 6. 30 am but it was not ready till around 7. 00 am. So trimbakeshwar tempal visitors who planned to leave early for darshan had to wait for some time. Overall stay was good, rooms are well maintained.

The hotel staff was very co operative, polite and helpful in providing various amenities of the hotel. The restaurant had a variety of buffet items in dinner as well as breakfast. Overall a very cool and pleasant stay.

Rooms: nice small but clean rooms looking at the budget its perfect breakfast: nice breakfast with very good varieties. Dinner: its terrible. This was a disappointing part. All items were cold and tasteless food.

Ibis nashik stay was nice and comfortable. We had booked 4 rooms and we were all comfortable and we had kids and senior citizens with us all had a good stay. Special mention for the front desk staff along with the restaurant staff and ms sadhana. Theybwere all so efficient and helpful

I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. Rooms are small but very well cleaned. Washrooms are really small. Room service is really slow which is little disappointing. Also you have to carry your luggage to room by yourself. Won’t recommend for elderly members. Apart from these things, it’s a safe place and i enjoyed the stay experience.

The property is in a good location and very clean the staff was very friendly and during our stay my sister got a hurt on her finger and the security immediately helped us in giving the first aid and they were helpful throughout our stay
