I always prefer kyriad mainly due to the breakfast options, taste and quality. There is a guy at the restaurant who keeps goofing up with everyone's orders and forgets who ordered what. The rooms too, are decent, although this time there were a couple incidents of power cut which anyway were resolved within minutes.

Amazing hotel. I've been to nashik several times, but my stay at the kyriad hotel was very soothing and sanitary. The food provided by room service was exceptional. We preferred hotel food over dining out. Thank you, kyriad hotel, for your hospitality.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They allowed an early check-in which really helped. The housekeeping staff helped me get medicines when i was hardly able to get up from my bed. Food can be better!

Just stay nothing else. Property need little bit of renovation. Communication must be clear with the staff. Room service is good.

The hotel was decent. Check-in was quick and there was room service for food and any other request as well. The food was good. The room was quite spacious. However we got a twin deluxe room while we were looking for a queen bedroom. The hotel location is a well connected area, so the swiggy zomato options were plenty till late night. The check-out was also quick. Overall good experience

Not as expected. Very basic hotel. Wifi not working, did many complains then it started after 1 day. I had to ask for shaving kit then they provided comb, shaving and dental kit. I had to ask for napkin and tissues. There was a crack in the wash basin.

Hotel is good, only internet was not working on that day. It is located outskirts of nashik. Well maintained.

Kyriad nashik was not upto our expectations. We have stayed in their two other properties and that experience was satisfactory but not the same with this nashik property. Washrooms were leaking, geyser was not so good, breakfast menu was very average, no shed in car parking in scorching temp of 42 degrees. You will get better options in same budget.

Everything was perfect. Facilities are upto mark. Spacious rooms along-with providing slippers. Location is also perfect.

Room is big. It has refrigerator, almirah, tv, sofa. Ac was not cooling. After complaining 3 times, finally filters were cleaned and problem was solved. Breakfast was included and was basic. Food is a problem. We didn’t like the taste. Found it to be expensive with respect to taste. No toiletries provided in bathrooms. Reading lights provided were hanging. Parking is just in front of hotel. Not in any enclosure. It was almost on the road. We stayed in premium room. Service was good

No preparation of room before checking. Amenities not provided which are included in the tariff, they said customer has to ask for it. Extra bed not provided, mattress given instead of bed. When asked, they argued that bed is not in the order summary. However it was written in the order
