The food at this place is highly underrated. Everything we tried, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, was absolutely delicious. The location is ideal for those who want to stay away from the city but still be in close proximity to it. The staff is limited but very dedicated. However, their overall services could be improved with proper training to the staff. Basin taps was not working, flush was malfunctioning. Very basic stuff but honestly, we didn't care much. We felt that some of the activities for kids, such as go-karting, were a bit overpriced, though it’s understandable given the need to cover maintenance costs. Honestly, i was surprised. This property has a lot of potential, but it’s not well-maintained and is vastly underutilized.

Suma property is well managed and well he staff are very courteous. Food was also good and we enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Location is great outdoor is beautiful though the rooms are very very basic not worth the price we paid. Half of the adventure activities were closed and we were informed about it after we purchased the coupons for 2500. Breakfast was also okay very basic. Housekeeping staff was not at all responsive.

View is amazing and beds are comfortable but the washroom is terrible. Leaky tap, broken faucet and flush not working. Entire bathroom floor was gunky. Toilet not even cleaned. No image thanks

Room was ok, breakfast was good. But charges for adventures activities are quite high, bathroom are ok ok. Overall it was average according to tariff

Very bad rooms maintenance. No wi-fi, noisy fan, faulty faucet and shower. Overall poor experience.

The location is good. On other hand, i have experienced poor service ever. Tea kettle is not working, there was only one cup over there on the table instead of two. A toilet flus was not working properly. Not worth. No value for money.

It’s value for money. Beautiful place with scenic views and good adventurer activities. Food is also good and quite reasonable. Overall amazing experience. Also the cost of adventure activities is also reasonable with really good track for go-karting for beginners. Must visit place if you are in nashik.

Door lock wasn’t working from inside. Washrooms were badly maintained. After every flush you have to wait for like 10 minutes. Rooms are very compact.

The rooms are not spacious the food taste is just okay, but the location and view are nice, the hotel staff is not cooperative as we ask/ request for outdoor dining arrangements, nothing special in sports activities

On our recent gateway to Nashik on weekend we booked the property through make my trip... "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay". Location and lake view from the room was stunning and incredible. The Rooms were clean ,spacious and comfortable. Great food: "We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and on evening dining services. Convenient location: "We loved the convenient location close to major attractions". Beautiful hosts: "Fantastic-beautiful hosts". Wonderful views: "Terrific brekki, gorgeous views". Welcoming staff: "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay". Clean rooms: "The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable". Great breakfast: "We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning". worth visiting the property.

Suma adventure resort is an amazing place. It's a perfect getaway from mumbai with a peaceful and tranquil location. We have a river and pool facing room amd the view was breath taking. The room very very nice and spacious well maintained and the washroom was with a bathtub and very clean. My sons enjoyed the stay as there were a lot of activities to do. The swimming pool was nice as it was overlooking the river. We had a wonderdul experience at adventure sports and the staff was very helpful and cordial. The restaurant is good with some good food but my suggestion is if you have the river facing room you must try thebroom service as you can have your lunch or dinner in the open gallery facing the river, the experience is simply amazing. I have already planned my next trip to suma and am anxiously looking forward to it.

Kids friendly, noice free, beautiful nature view outside room balcony, mouthwatering Food, great service, includes adventure activities like go carting, zip-line, indoor game, message chair , and other activities. many more... Overall my experience with suma Resort was Outstanding. Highly recommend this place for stay 🤩

The rooms are really small. They have shown such lavish rooms in the pictures, third grade. Will never visit again.
