The property was so good and fascinating. But the service was not good. No basic essentials were kept in the room, and in the washroom. Room service was not good. Limited options in food with too much time. I'm done

Very poorly managed place with even basic amenities like hot water on tap, toilet rolls and standard lighting in washroom not available. Besides it doesn't have proper in room dining with even tea served after 8 am only. Overall terrible place to stay.

1.there is no one to attend guest or provide directions. 2. rooms are very good, but as it is event property laundry in the passage all the time. 3. ⁠breakfast area are not arranged. i have arrange table for me this is very bad experience for me. 4. ⁠breakfast finished be for the time. i will not recommend personally for single family to stay

Housekeeping very bad and facilities promised not given. For example tv not working and night lamp not working. No person to pick up call for anything to order on housekeeping number. No facilities of morning tea in the bedroom because many people have habit of having tea and then after that go for breakfast

The property is really good, had the feeling of staying in a palace. However room maintenance are not up to the mark and requires lot improvement. No freezer in the rooms, no glass supplied, all has to be asked, toiletries not completely provided. Further, staff numbers not appropriate based on number of rooms available for stay. Overall, a mixed feeling. But the staffs are courteous and helpful and very supportive

*pros* lovely location good food excellent interior lovely people must recommend prefer to stay again *cons* food is having limited options for lunch and dinner service is bit slow no complimentary water bottle and they charge for it

We had an unpleasant experience during our stay at the democratic. There was no one at the entrance to assist us, leaving us to search for the reception and carry our own luggage. The hotel was fully booked due to an event, and to make matters worse, our door lock wasn’t working. We had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to fix it, which was especially frustrating as we were exhausted, having checked in late at 9:30 pm. Additionally, there was no floor mat in front of the bathroom, a basic amenity we expected.

The property is awesome but the service is very very poor. I booked a room including breakfast but there was no breakfast provided saying that our kitchen is closed.

It was an awesome stay house keeping people were truly amazing and the surrounding was scintillating. Swimming pool was huge and we played a lot. Food we took dinner was too good and it would say excellent service. However the tea which we ordered took 40 mins to get served in our room.

The first impression was bad after arriving at the resort as we were not provided our booked accommodation for two rooms for one hour. Also on the second day while we were out of our rooms (but had not checked out yet, and the hotel would have that info, when we returned our things and chargers were missing. After some time we found them from the reception but there should be a system to check whether the person has checked out or not. The complimentary breakfast before our checkout was good.
