Excellent rustic stay, so close to wilderness. Very homely experience. Food was good and service was excellent. Not many rooms so almost personalized experience. Nice vibe and helpfully manager. Recomended 10/10

My experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from the Radisson brand. I had booked two rooms—one with a statue view and another with a valley view. However, both rooms had valley views, and even that was obstructed by a nearby building. To add to this, there was constant construction activity in the adjacent building, with loud drilling noises starting in the evening and continuing until around 7 PM. After multiple complaints, it stopped temporarily but resumed the next morning at 9 AM. This noise made it impossible to relax after a long drive from another state, forcing me to check out early. To make matters worse, in the middle of the night, someone came to the room where my elderly parents were staying, claiming it was their room. After an argument, they left, but soon after, the hotel staff called twice on the room telephone to confirm our room details. This unnecessary disturbance in the middle of the night was extremely stressful for my parents, and it’s shocking that the hotel does not have a proper record of their guests’ room assignments. The room conditions were also below standard. The pillows were torn, and only one towel was provided for two guests. Basic amenities had to be requested multiple times, with long delays in service. The breakfast spread was very average, not matching the quality I’ve experienced at other Radisson properties. The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel’s convenient location. However, the overall experience was unacceptable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the quality of service for future guests.

Hotel location is easy to access. Rooms with statue view are very good and statue view in night is marvelous. Food quality is very nice. Staff behaviour is polite and supportive.

The rooms and service are good. Amenities are not that good. Gym is very small with very limited equipment. Swimming pool had birds feathers and droppings on one edge the view of the statue is from the balcony on 8th floor. Not sure about other floors. 8th floor rooms vibrate if music is played in restaurant on 7th floor.

Totally disappointed with their service after paying 8200 for a night they are not even answering room seven or front desk call i asked for fresh towels 3 times but they did not provide i submitted room key to clean room i came after 5 hours and my room was in same condition this hotel staff is very bad at their service
