Location suitable to my work place, project site. Easily approachable from main road. Room was neat and clean though slightly smaller in size. Staff was courteous and helpful. Common electric kettle provided in corridor with complimentary biscuits was ok. However, preferably should be provided in the guest room. Overall experience was satisfactory.

If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give the maximum negative. One receptionist was polite and helpful, but during the shift change, the next receptionist said the opposite of what the previous one had mentioned. The rooms are okay and clean, but some of the staff’s behavior is not good. In the restaurant, there was no board displaying the timings, but after staying here for two nights, we figured it out on the first day. On the first day, we ordered a masala omelette around 10:30, but they brought a plain omelette instead. When we requested a masala omelette, they said they had run out of eggs. At exactly 10:30, they turned off everything except the lights—AC, TV, and bread toaster were all off. On the second day, the same thing happened, and when we tried to order one more ghee roast, they said the batter was finished. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will never stay at any hotel in this group again.

The bathroom is beside the bed, when we go to the bathroom the smell is getting too much, we need to change the bathroom, and the room is so conjected.

About 7 apple hotel mahape, stay was not as expected for sure. Location was completely compromised but still bearable. Main entry gate of hotel is malfunctioned. No water kettle was available in hotel which is very basic need of any room. Parking is unattended and grossly inadequate.

Good as always. The rooms and bedding is always clean. Washroom well kept. I like the privacy they maintain. Only drawback is that you have to climb two flights of stairs from its parking. Service is good and hotel food is good as well.

My guest was denied room because they were full and didn’t initiate any refund. They usually scam people like this by overbooking and then denying lodging. Makemytrip pl take serious action.
