Pathetic experience with centre point hotel

Poor Stay

After payment & confirmation of booking, hotel staff denied to provide room, & after 1 hour they agreed, but not provided extra bed for 3rd person, we used to sleep a uncomfortable sofa, it was very worst experience.

Terrible Stay

I have been coming here on a regular basis since last 7-8 months, the experience now was worse these people are cutting down corners and the quality is degrading for basic things like breakfast. Please don't book it, it's not at all price worthy.

The hotel's building has handsome and function-able design. Neat and clean room. The restaurant staff is kind. But when i checked in and entered my room, there was no bottle of water, so i had to call and ask them to bring it to me. Also, there are no face towels. Only bath towels and bath mats. Foods are not so tasty. Apart from those, the hotel is generally comfortable.

Rooms are not clean properly and toiletries are also not so good, the door lock was also damaged, chicken briyani, chicken was not fresh. They don't have sound proof room, i was getting voice from next room. Overall rating is 3/5
