Room and bedsheet was not clean and as per 3 star hotel. And also there were no tissues in the washroom and room. There was no water water basic requirement of 3star. Overall it was really bad.

This is the most terrible hotel room i have ever been in. The room is unclean. And the commode is just yuck. I flushed and all the remains were there for all night

Nothing more first room was given which lots of smoke smell and change to another room then in that also ac leakage. However it's already night so we don't ask again. however lot's of improvement it required that's only my suggestion.

Worst experience.

Fab hotels actually provides good hospitality however it was not the same with fab kohinoor vashi apmc. The rooms were stinky and very small. Also the staff was lazy. For breakfast they had only 1 option that too the kitchen was very unhygienic.

Propperty is good and clean. Not a hotel it's a house with diffrent rooms. No resturent in it but stay was perfect. Only issue is staff not good. When i reach there at 10. 30 pm every one sleep after switch off all the lights. No propper display board available. I called them so. Many times to find the hotel but no one picks the call.
