Room cleaning not done check out time is customer undriendly. U r given a room omly after 12 o clock. So if you reach at 8 in the morning you end up paying double! tea not available snacks not available lift not available intercom phone not available? do customers have to go down and out for every little thing? i would never recommend anyone. Sorry.

Terrible experience! no lift facility no bathing kit no toothbrush kit no drinking water no hot water sticking rooms, dirty bedroom, cockroach and bed bugs accompanying better to stay on pedestrian than this so called hotel. No basic facilities of telephone for room services. Pathetic, never recommend or advised in this premices.

It mentioned fab-express but when we entered there was no name of fab express, the room was so horrible it was stinky like any thing falls ceiling was completely with water seepage, in photos it's totally different and if we go there it's we will get shock please don't repeat such things. This is towel.

The hotel rooms are pathetic, there were bed bugs, the room had cockroaches around, also the washroom rooms were not clean enough.

First they did not provide the room but the receptionist was good i requested he gave one room inside room no hot water no toiletries and cockroach. Bedsheets are not clean. Old ac though i did not use. Morning breakfast order was taken. While i asked the new receptionist says i did not inform them the timing of breakfast. Such a bad service for the money

The hotel is not clean, there is no maintenance, even the small ones come, even the cockroaches come on that bed. Very bad experience in this hotel.

Basic average rooms with cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room, had to change 3 rooms as either the tv was not working or the ac was not working, definitely not the value for money

The rooms were dirty. Bathroom was filthy. There were cockroaches roaming around. We were disgusted. Had no other option. Checked out as soon as possible in the morning.

Bad facilities no soaps and tissues. Lift not working and staircase are not covered by sides supports. Room smells really bad as fungal. Furniture aur not maintained too

Dear fab hotel, i never ever thought to get such horrible treatment from fab hotels. A) 1st worst experience : i booked fab hotel @ kharghar, mumbai, shocking to know that they refused to entertain fab hotels paid booking, they mis-behaved, forced to connect fab hotel team to discuss even any single matter. B) 2nd worst experience: assured me to shift in another fab hotel in nerul, in premier category room booking, this hotel doesn't have it's food arrangements restaurant. What to do in night for dinner ? the room they offered is so small, so forget the concept of premier room, which i repeatedly asked to fab hotel executive. As i am badly tired with whole day work and mumbai exhaustive traffic, i don't think for other option as of now, but never ever will think about fab hotel / recommend to any travel for this series of hotel. I wish, you all must improve. We are frequent traveller pan india and have very professional approach and till date admiring fab hotels professionally, now onward s will never think like this.
