Poor Stay

1. Hygiene was an issue, there were lots of musquitos. 2. We included breakfast in our booking. While the hotel sourced breakfast from somewhere outside, we were provided packed breakfast in our room which included only a poha & upma. They did not even had bewerages like tea/coffee options in it. Per se, we were charged for the morning tea which we ordered in the room. When we asked the hotel desk to include the tea in breakfast, they did not agree and told us that tea is not included in breakfast and charged us for the tea.

Not up to the mark and photos there have shown bath tub but that room is not listed and i assume and booked deluxe assuming that is the bigger room but there end up saying that deluxe will not have those facilities and lift provision is not available
