It’s new, neat and clean premise. Very close to rcp. Ok for the price. Good stay at affordable prices. Service is ok and fast. Food is average.

Previous stays at freesia were good. This time there were lapses in housekeeping and the front desk's interaction with my family members. The customer-facing teams need more training. Rooms are nice and well maintained as always. Food was good too.

My previous stays with freesia were excellent, so i preferred it this time for my friends and family members as well. The rooms were good as usual. However, the slow housekeeping and the sub-par customer-engagement skills from the front desk degraded the overall experience of the stay for my family members. This needs improvement. Also, the card-swiping system of the lift malfunctioned a couple of times, leaving myself & my family stuck in the lift thrice. This must be immediately rectified.

The rooms and the food were nice. The customer-facing team needs more training, however. Also, the housekeeping is slow. We had to call and ask the team to clear plates of the meals we had one entire day before.

Average 3 star hotel feeling. Toilet seat was broken. Dinning area does not have ac. Rooms are smaller. Will not use this again. Staff was brilliant though.

My stay at freesia is amazing. The hotel is located near ghansoli station and it is just 12 minutes walk to station. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff is kind and courteous. City views from the 26th floor of the hotel room is mind blowing. In room dine in is delicious with reasonable cost. Overall, i loved my stay.
