Location is quite good. Food is average. Amenities above average. Overall, a clean room. However, the owner is not cooperative. Wanted to check out after 2 hours of regular check out time as i had checked in quite late the previous day (11. 30 pm. So i had less than 12 hours of stay. But the owner was adamant about check out time. So negotiate everything (price, duration) beforehand and then only book their room.

The details of my complaints are as follows: *Welcome Amenities Missing* : Upon arrival, I was not provided with a bottle of water as mentioned in the description. *Breakfast Not Provided* : The booking confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included, but it was not provided during my stay. *No Restaurant Facility* : The hotel had no restaurant, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. This experience was far below the standards I expected, and it has left me deeply disappointed. I request you to investigate the matter and ensure that such issues do not occur in the future. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. Please address this issue at the earliest. Thank you, Brijesh Singh

Pathetic experience. Booked for 3 days, after 1 day they changed the room unexpectedly, no service at all. Breakfast was disaster.

The apartment was great, but we were disappointed to find it unclean upon arrival, despite our prior notification. Cigarette butts filled the hall and balcony. Fortunately, the caretaker quickly rectified the issue after we complained. Apart from this initial setback, our stay was comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

It’s a great location near reliance at walkable distance. The rooms are neat and clean. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly. Completely safe. Only issue is bit of road noise

A very good and quality stay near reliance corporate park. The caretaker is very helpful. Only thing which bothered us was there was one more room in this property where some other guest was staying which we were not aware of while booking this property.

Good location, easy to find. Brand new building, awesome apartment. Elegant interiors. Good service. Just that a few things could be improved like they can keep a small side table next to the bed. Keep salt, pepper, sugar etc basic stuff in the kitchen. Overall a perfect place if you are with family or even on a business trip.
