In hotel navi mumbai, my experience is very good and very enjoyable. Hotel staff behaviour and service very good.

I was denied entry even as a married couple here. The receptionist told me and i quote 'we will only allow entry if you both are gents. The hotel cancel-led my booking denied a refund and make my trip did not help at all in this, made the situation worse by make me wait on hold for 30+ minutes with no updates and closing the support case i opened.

Not good.

Hot water not coming properly, no proper lights on room, bedsheets not changing.

Rooms are old, not well maintained and not at all as shown in pictures. Not suitable for a family and especially for women.

Too much cockroaches there under mattress makes sleep uncomfortable as they keep moving suddenly from anywhere. Staff and check in fine also cleaning. Ac is noisy.

The room was clean, and tidy. The sheets provided were tidy, and another thing worth noting was that bathroom wasn't facing the bed. There was wifi too.
