Did book for midnight check while your application also asked and it was perfect booking but they didn't allow so i didn't stay there and you are asking me about my stay?is this a joke or insult by you? please refund everything. Didn't stay

The room was smoke smelling when we checked in. The ac noise was beyond reasonable measure. Water bottles were not provided until we asked.

Nimantran hotel is in a good location lots of restaurants and pubs around. Its clean. The rooms were also clean. Washroom were manageable clean. Staff is also polite and helpfull. The problem i faced was with the mattress it was not at all good. One can not sleep in it. They should change the mattress of the bed else one can get back aches. And there were bugs n small cockroach roaming on the bed. Also mosquito problem is also there. If the mattress and small bugs were not there in the room i would have given full stars. I didn't have food there so can't comment on the food.

1. I literally begged for water, staff is arrogant and they don't case and respect you as customer, 2. You are not allowed to have sufficient food, forget about sufficient, by not having anything in breakfast provided by hotel, i just requested for 2 regular omlete for this particular they said you are not allowed, even their manager and management entertains this type of attitude from their employees, i have seen literally people are leaving hotel by discontinuing their stay at this hotel. Regarding the same i complained and wrote in their book.

When i entered in the room, found a condom on the side table and too many mosquitoes in the room. We couldn’t sleep properly neither have a comfortable time.

First experience on reaching the hotel was highly joyful. Reached hotel two hours before the scheduled check in time. Got accommodated with in 10 mts with the room with a warm smile by the desk in charge. Spacious clean room. An electric kettle with four tea bags. But additional tea bags only on demand. But delayed delivery to the room making us a little uncomfortable. No daily room cleaning even on demand. Hotel location is good. Restaurant clean,tidy and good. Breakfast at a very reasonable price. Pleasant treatment by the staff.

To start off they didn't have my booking details and made me wait for as long as new booking. Secondly the ac stopped working in the middle of the night and started throwing prices of ice. Room no 603. And the water was dripping on one side of the bed. When complained the person from maintenance suggested to turn off the AC.
