    Everything was very nice expect the breakfast service

    Everything was good. The management was very helpful and polite. Dinner was available till 12:30 at night.But I booked the room with complimentary breakfast but eventually I didn't get breakfast. I got only tea and I had to pay for it.

    Behaviour was not good. Hotel staff was directly denied that if I make online payment then they don't provided me rooms and all.

    Hotel reception phone number to be posted near main gate, some times when we go night hours, no one opens the gate, and while booking hotel phone number not mentioned, otherwise hotel and it's location sound good, near to Juu na get station.
