Worst experience. The hotel had a dirty bed with stains on it. The environment was too shady and there was a lot of movement of the couple's. Rooms were provided on an hourly basis to the couple's. Too much shady

it was not hotel it’s like a shed and like public toilet room full of bed bugs and room was not clean everywhere cigarettes 🚬 fallen and full of bad sweat smell washroom also very small and not clean i think room was 8/6 small very terrible experience we didn’t enter room for 10 minutes also because someone used and didn’t clean they didn’t even leave us to take pictures of room boys was very dangerous so we left immediately we didn’t ask refund also there because they may trouble us in case we guess it do left immediately and we stay in road with luggage and book bus immediately to bangalore

Good staff and service. Not satisfied with the blankets. Network coverage was less. They provided wifi but it was down one night.

The stay was good but the room first what we got we had trouble bcoz we had a mouse in our room after we told the receptionist he changed the room immediately. The staff was kind and helpful. Thank u

Hotel was terrible, it was mentioned as ac room but they didn't give us the ac remote and after asking remote also their was to cancel the booking. Room was also having bad smell.

The location was okay, stairs are a little difficult to go through definitely not good for senior citizens. The rooms were clean and the service was good. Check in & check out the process was smooth

Platinum inn staff is very help full but they don't have car parking. I had to park my car on the road but they claim to have car parking. Otherwise it's a good small hotel to stay for a short duration.

Room is clean and it's location is near shalimar hotel sector 19, but the stuff is not very friendly, service is also ok ok

They showed us a room near to there counter and said this is only standard room and charge 500rs extra for another room
