They charge so much for 1 night. I paid and booked with the expectation that I would have a worthwhile stay based on the hotel's standby. I was extremely disappointed with the room facility because the air conditioning was not cool at all. Even when I asked the service guy for assistance, he said this is the coolest thing ever. There was no teabag, kettle, or dental kit. While the same is clearly stated in their amenities list, the service person and receptionist claim that this hotel does not provide such a facility. Finally, he has organized a dental kit, but why do we have to beg for every necessary item? The toilets was poor and we had to use full power to get the flash to work. And the shower did not work at all. A hotel providing such poor service is unacceptable. Please do not book this hotel in advance unless we come and varify the room first.

Wash room pipe line was choked condition. Around 5 clock hot water service is not working.

Bathroom is pathetic, i am too much tired for his service. I left earlier. Not satisfied. I am not recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

What they show the pictures of the room it’s nothing like it.. dirty linens and towels.. extremely small room and washroom.. absolutely no services in the room.. basic kettle was also missing.. very very dirty stay.. do not take it.. you ll be wasting your money…

The room was not clean. The air condition is not working. The bathroom smells very bad. Geyser not working. Not even tea or coffee maker in the room or in the restaurant. Very bad experience.

Doors were swollen n needed to be forced to close, ac wasn't working, when the issue was brought to their attention they thought fan will be helpful but capacitor was damaged. Do i need to say more

Location makes my travel easy to vashi and mmda. All major food joints near by. And also for travel we can easily get ola or uber or even rickshaw just outside the hotel
