Hotel staff are too lazy laundry was not picked on time, empty plates after dinner not taken from the room, only one towel provided in room. Shaving kot was not provided.

Positive aspects: both the premium and deluxe rooms are quite spacious, with the deluxe room featuring a large balcony. The breakfast offered is decent, though not extraordinary. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, and the bed was comfortable. Negative aspects: the rooms are poorly maintained, with broken bathroom fittings, clogged drains, and water overflow issues. The dressing cabinet is unstable and leaned dangerously when i tried opening the cabinet door. Several room accessories are damaged or loose, and the walls show signs of dampness.

This time the stay wasn't pleasant. Reason being i had to shift the room twice as the air-condition wasn't working. The most important thing was the internet. It was very horrible that too when i was working on my official and personal laptops. It has to be improved drastically. Breakfast menu needs a lot of improvement

Property is good kitchen service is available till late which is best and food was delicious worth staying because price range is also good and worth staying for next time also i preferred this hotel

Maintenance needs to be improved. Good for business travellers with is close proximity to the navi mumbai industrial area. Food is fine and staff well behaved. Other than the minor gaps i had a comfortable stay.
