It was bad took given. Both room has light issue in wash room. And also in toilet jet spray. The room ac was not working properly breakfast was not upto mark as per 4 start rating come to other.

The stay was pathetic there were cockroach in the washroom, food was not that great, outside food was not allowed.

I had a terrible experience this time with royal orchid, the hotelmeas booked for night stay, the ac of the room was not working, it had some alignment issue created a weird sound alaround the night. Thou g i had a plan to extend one more day, has to left hotel a day before. Dear make my trip team if you are charging higher them usualnif a property please make sure the property is paying worth to your customer. We paying in advance doesn't allow you to provide discomfort. I am really disappointed and looking for 30% discount on current stay. Kindly initiate a 30% refund.

Royal orchid was an absolute nightmare

Staying at royal orchid was an absolute nightmare. The toilet was disgusting, with stains and a stench that made it unusable. Room service was horrendous, with staff being unresponsive and downright rude. As for the breakfast spread, it was a complete joke: stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and barely edible options. Save yourself the horror and avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel room was in horrible condition, the first smoking room was shifted to another room where the ac was not working then the technician tried to resolve the afterwhich again shifted to another room. The whole process took around 2. 5 hrs where my guest had to suffer after travel-ling the whole day for business purposes.

Location of the hotel is not that great; the bylane in front of the hotel is a common route for heavy vehicles; so not safe to walk with family from late evening. Room service and hotel maintenance is average. Breakfast spread is good. Overall an 'average' stay.

I checked in very late but the staff were very helpful. The food was sufficient and of very good quality. Though the location was not great, it was good for me to travel to my office in navi mumbai. The chef and other staff came and spoke to me about the quality of food. The food was great but the staff were fantastic
