no cleanliness, beds are uncomfortable, in some rooms air conditioners were not working and in some rooms toilets were dirty, rooms were dirty no cleaning staff were there. they were not providing any solutions for these problems. very disappointed 😞

The quality of the service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The behaviour of the staff are also very polite and friendly.

Hotel booking was done with the breakfast. However, no breakfast provided. Tv was not working. Cleanliness - no good.

Tv is not working so time is not passing due to that some problems came to.

it's worse seepage, leakage cockroach, no power back up dirty badsheet, dirty pilow no paint on wall, every room have fridge but not working. I booked for 3 days but I stayed only a night there so, don't go for it. my suggestion is in same range hotel palm beach such a amazing room and facilities.

Very difficult to find location …. No sign board nothing …. Service is bad lobby is dirty rooms condition very bad .. bed broken … linen is smelling washroom not clean it’s purely third class … I didn’t even stayed I left hotel in 10 min once I went to room….

Door handel was broken, no compliment water and toiletries. And cleanness is still poor. Bed sheet looks not changed.

While my wife and daughter were booked for a twin bed room, the staff at the hotel said, there's no availability because of people checking out. They were offered another room which i was told is good.

It is most unhygienic hotel i have ever stayed. There is hair on the floor and bathroom is not clean the bed sheets are not watched tolles are brownish colour the ac does not work and there are no fan in the room andar pillows stink like hell.
