1. Cleanliness and hygiene 2. Amenities and services 3. Location and accessibility 4. Staff and customer service 5. Value for money. Overall had a wonderful experience. Just one suggestion in terms of buffet for morning breakfast they hardly have any options for non vegetarian they must increase it.

Not a welcoming reception. Won’t go into details but overall experience wasn’t goog at all. Location is not good as well, entrance is congested. Food wasn’t good either - if you don’t know how to prepare broccoli malai, pols don’t include in your menu. There was no breezer available.

Room was good but have one concerned

My package was breakfast & lunch / or dinner. On 07. 08. 24 i took lunch but did not take dinner. I was intimates evening same day. And front desk was agreed. But during check out on 08. 08. 24 at 5:10am, they charged the lunch bill. I paid the same. It should be no charge on my request.
