Not a value for money deal. Poor location, surrounding. Lobby filled with a smell of cigarette. Not a great washroom as well. Parking space is very small and congested. No complaints about staff.

This was my second visit to this location, and once again, i was thoroughly impressed with the amenities provided during both stays. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were as friendly and attentive as ever. I’m already looking forward to booking here again in the near future.

If you are travel-ling for some business purpose, it's the perfect place. Walkable distance to akshar business park. Also many industries near by. Neat and clean rooms. Ok ok breakfast, don't expect huge spread but enough as on a business trip.

Dear Mmt, Hotel Royal Palace at Vashi is a indeed a very comfortable rooms & service at this Royal Palace Hotel for Stay in Vashi Area.👍 It is very near to Vashi Dana Market & APMC Vashi. Had a pleasant stay there. This was my third time stay at this hotel and I would surely recommend this hotel to others as well . 👍👍. 👆

The property royal palace is located at a distinct location at vashi, navi mumbai close to inorbit mall, hotel exterior is very good, rooms are well appointed, good food, courteous staff, valet parking available, overall a good stay for short or long business or leisure trip.

I visited in summer and the cooling level is too low, i was continually checking the ac controller but it didn't work. On another day i asked the staff to change the room after many requests they provide another room. Thank god. The room was nice with good space.

Cockroaches in the room, no proper breakfast, i booked knowing the rating but it’s not as per the rating and plus the breakfast room is just like some open hall with some chairs

There was no hot water for the bath. They didn't provide us with coffee, tea and sugar sachets and also no dental kit and shaving kit as expected in inclusion. The food v ordered was burnt. The water provided was double the mrp whereas by rule water can't be charged more than mrp. The room was nice and clean
