The stay in room was good and efficient service. The food was good. There should be an option to get buffet for lunch and dinner even if it is paid over and above.

Cleanliness - 5 star property - 5 star water park - 5 star food - 5 star staff - 5 star ola/ uber pickup not allowed by local rikshaw guys. But they themselves help you going out of there way which i liked.

Excellent Stay

The resort is big and has a good restaurant and fun water rides. There are indoor games and a swimming pool too. It's a nice place for a one day family trip, and kids will be busy with activities all day. Overall, our experience at visava amusement park and resort was excellent.

Room was very specious and clean. All the facilities were good including food. There was wifi network issue for some time but it got resolved later.

Not very organised, the suite was very far from the water activity, and the surrounding area around the suite was also shabby.

Many things to add. 1. We selected executive room which does not had laundry service. The dresses used for amusement park had to be taken back as it is. 2. The garden was not maintained at all. Stray dogs all over. 3. During stay we had to wait at the gates wife we had to go out. Kind off taking parole from jail. So many questions asked 4. House keeping staff was polite and very good in their job. Would give 2. 5 off 5 for my experience in visava.

Room was neat and clean. The pool and water rides were limited numbers only and the water is very dirty they don't clean it. The restaurant is good.

Property was well maintained and food order at room was also nice. Due to weekend amusement park was extremely crowded. Breakfast was not at par. Local auto rikshaw drivers also doesn't allow ola/ uber to come inside. They make lot of fuss. Staff was playing polite
