It was a really nice stay. Really loved the ambience. Food was good. Really loved the song and dance performed by the local artist in the morning. It was a great stay. Hope to visit soon

i recently stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. first off, the toilets in my room were wobbly—something you’d never expect at any decent hotel. it was uncomfortable and felt like a basic maintenance issue that should have been addressed long ago. the buffet layout was another major letdown. it was so poorly arranged that navigating through the food stations felt chaotic, and it took forever to find anything. it seemed like no thought was put into the flow or presentation. to top it all off, the check-in process at reception was painfully slow. after a long journey, standing in line for what felt like ages is the last thing anyone wants. i expected much better, especially for the price. this experience left me feeling disappointed, and i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make some serious improvements.

Poor service and extremely bad food. It shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel, i think it deserves a 2 star hotel tag.

The staff doesn’t seem to be well trained. Did not tell us before that they are putting us in the rooms where smoking is allowed - it was difficult for us as well as kids. Also not much option in the breakfast

Average food, beds were highly uncomfortable to sleep with springs making noice. Check in progress took lot of time even with advance booking. Dinner was very bad.

1. Mosquitoes in room 2. Water leakage below vanity counter of washbasin in washroom 3. Very poor room service. 4. Room service team reluctant to give any additional replenishment of tea / coffee, milk, sugar satchets on required 5. Despite calling reception of non working of led in my room no one came to address it. Over all a very terrible experience with this property

Decent property, can be used for relaxation only. There is nothing outside food you can enjoy at nearby restaurants called highway darbar

I have stayed at other ramadas before and nothing compares to how bad this experience was. The springs in the bed was broken; pool had some insects in it who stung by the way ; property was deserted. It was so bad we had to cut short our stay.

It was my anniversary and the **** during the day shift was very courteous to get the room decorated and arrange a surprise cake for us. It was very comfortable and a great time. Will come back for sure

It was the amazing stay and everything was well maintained the staff were friendly and accommodating the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient "the receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions the restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options

Stay was good but rooms were not that clean, there was smell inside the rooms fridge of the rooms were nit working suggest hotel team to check rooms before giving rooms to guest swimming pool is ok. We enjoyed food quality was average but the staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant staff were excellent in their service and treated guest very well front desk staff service was also average.

Pros: the dinner buffet was good specially pane-er curry. Swimming pool is at top giving a good view cons no ac in gaming zone. No centralized ac inside the zone. No centralized ac in gym as well.
