I had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay at shiva oasis. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional, as they were not only professional but also genuinely courteous. The food was outstanding, with a variety of dishes that left a lasting impression. Additionally, the activities offered by shiva oasis added an extra layer of delight to my visit, ensuring a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a truly enriching experience that i would highly recommend.

Very bed service, avoid triple bedded room, worst experience of my life. Breakfast menu was very less, sitting area was very small, rude staff no live counters

Nice property with clean and spacious rooms. They also have a very large area for kids to play, however food quality could've been better.

I had booked a stay for night to celebrate my birthday along with my group of friends. The property is huge with a swimming pool and game room for spending quality time. The food and breakfast buffet was okay and can be improved a lot. I’d still suggest to go for this property in case you don’t want to spend a bomb We had requested for a complimentary cake as it was my birthday but the hotel declined our request, that was not a good experience but overall still a doable property for a weekend.

Rooms were smelling, lots of flies in dinning area, even pigens were also keep coming to dinning hall. Bedsheets, curtains were not clean, game room was not at all maintained n clean, bathroom does not have a single hook to hang your stuff etc

Shiva oasis resort is a good place to stay. But visit it between september to february for a better weather experience. Otherwise you will have to stay inside the whole day. Even the water in the tap is steaming hot. But the staff is very nice and supportive. Also, they have an indoor play zone. But it requires a lot of maintenance as all the equipment is old and need to be repaired.

Pathetic service. Very bad hospitality. Will never recommend anyone such a waste of money. If you ask for something they say no to everything. Food quality was too bad unhygienic. Property is beautiful from outside only.

We stayed for the second time in the property. It's a beautiful property on a high way, greenery maintained, ample parking space, and excellent service by the staff.

Swimming pool water was polluted. I forgot my charger in room no 144 and bag at reception but hotel staff did not inform me on mobile which they were having in their record. After travel-ling 100 km when my mobile battery got discharged, i came to know about it. I have to travel, 100 km each way to recover my goods. Had hotel staff informed me it could save my time and perol. After leaving the hotel i halted at my son college at neemrana. They could easily saved my time and petrol, by timly informing me as soon as they got it.

We did not find this hotel appropriate for a family as they also have a bar where we faced several young boys drinking and making noise. When asked the manager to arrange a sitting in some distance, he denied that they cannot arrange that. The swimming pool is pathetic and seems not cleaned for many days. The restaurant food was also not up to the mark as the pricing was too high and taste was too bad. Not even tea was prepared well.
