Good location and services breakfast is very good pool is functional and clean loan area is also very good however they can provide for option to play games for the kids.

My stay was good. The hotel looked crowded during the weekend. The only thing i didn't like is their preparedness for a big rush during the breakfast on a saturday morning. They were under staffed and it resulted in inconvenience to a lot of guests there. Rest everything was good. Nice clean rooms, good quality of food, well maintained swimming pool, etc. I would say a good weekend gateway located at about 2 hours drive from delhi. One can easily unwind at this place. Parking area is big and thats a great plus point. Of course there is nothing else to do in and around the hotel (in neemrana) except visit to neemrana fort palace (priced 2250- for a visit including compulsory lunch buffet - mon to fri)

The staff is very helpful at the time of check-in the room service staff told us about the hotel premises. Room is clean all over things are managed properly at the resort. That was my second stay and i would be there again if i will get a chance again.

Arrangements are too good except the changing room of pool area which have foul smell pool is neat and clean

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food options were also amazing. The rooms were quite spacious and the location of the hotel is top tier. Great for a staycation and function. Would definitely recommend it.

Rooms are good. Swimming pool is good. Machines not working in gym. Breakfast was good. Dinner was okok. They don't serve appetizer. Perfect location.

Check in was smooth, but overall stay experience was not good. Housekeeping services were pathetic kind of worst experience since calling on 9 number for some work, they were continuously disconnected the call and when asked them on reception over this behaviour, mr. Ram-veer and mr. Ankush at the reception started arguing and told we are busy. Moreover, towels were not provided timely at swimming pool even after several requests and reminders nobody provided us towels so we had to go back to room in wet state. Breakfast and dinner also very poor in taste and we booked for candle light dinner and birthday celebrations, they just decorated with 10 balloons and charged rs. 4000 for that. Food taste was also not upto the mark

The breakfast and dinner buffets were way below average. The spa is not functional. Half the appliances in the room don’t work.

Very good location. We had a great time. Courteous staff. The buffet for breakfast was decent and kids loved it. The dinner buffet was nice too though the choice was limited. The swimming pool was small but clean and was decent enough. The room was clean but perhaps the tv was not working though that was not a important thing for us. The lawn outside is also nice to walk and has some jhoolas that were good. It was an excellent stay. The location was good and the buffet in breakfast and lunch was lovely. We also found the swimming pool clean and kids enjoyed it in particular.

The room was nice but could have been more clean as expected in a 4 star accommodation. Other amenities were good. The baby swimming pool water had small insects roaming in it. The food was bland but otherwise good. The staff was polite and provided good service. Overall it was a good experience.

It was nice stay at lal vilas. Property and its surroundings are well maintained. Property has swimming pool, gym etc. Though the buffet spread quite good, they can include some more non veg options for dinner, as there was only 1 non veg item. However the chef was kind enough to prepare an additional item on request. The attendant named kashi in the restaturant, deserves an applause as her service is commendable.

A satisfactory stay at lal violas hotels, featuring spacious rooms and lush green gardens for children to play in. However, the quality of the food requires significant improvement, as it was below average.
