The property offers old & new world, both in a go!! Have directly accessible Coral Beach - part of Ram Nagar Beach, plus direct to pool rooms!! I would still opt for the Old Plush Rooms with Beach Access😍

Our stay at symphony summer sand was amazing. It's a beautiful property we stayed in casa aqua rooms. Our kids and inf-act we too enjoyed the attached pool to the infinity. Neil island is so pretty. We had good breakfast and dinner at symphony, which was totally worth it. Special mention to beautifully curated menu. Mushroom tikka was next level. Our younger child was unwell, so couldn't come for dinner. However the staff was so kind to provide the dinner for her in the room. Very nice staff too. We totally recommend this property to everyone

We had a very unpleasant stay. The staff behaved in a very strict and rude way. Th the rooms did not have sufficient light. There was a foul smell in bathroom and the water pressure was too low in the shower. The swimming pool had a pungent smell of chlorine and was not clean. The food menu was highly priced and the taste was not good at all. The pizza felt under-cooked with unfresh cheese. I had booked my stay specifically for a spa but their spa services was closed for both the days.

Excellent stay at casa aqua room with direct pool access which is the most beautiful part of the property. The staffs are very helpful. Breakfast options are also very good. Overall a good experience.

Very nice and good hotel with ultimate swimming pool. One of the best hotel. Staff is nice. Rooms are comfortable. Only check out time is too early.

Aqua room are very good as swimming pool at your room door. Water in pool is very dirty but we tried to enjoy the pool. Rooms are clean and hotel location is good. The food and drinks are comparatively on the higher end but the quality is good. The complimentary breakfast is good

i loved the ambience, the rooms were spacious and the staff were really welcoming.. though I feel they need to improve in terms of their bar and other than that my stay was comfortable and good.

The property does not have access to any sandy beach, it has access to a rocky dried coral filled area on which walking is very difficult, buffet breakfast & dinner was nothing great, they did not allow to reduce stay by one day and adjust a-la cart e food & drink cost against the one day stay cost, the fixtures in the room & bathroom are ancient, i don’t want to mention my experience with the flush, everything in it goes many rounds and then only gets flushed, the only saving grace is the step-in pool outside the casa aqua rooms, if you don’t get casa aqua rooms, don’t bother booking as it is a total waste of money as not worth more than 6-7k

Worst ever experience with the resort very bad behaviour of staff, rooms were not clean balcony door handle was broken, washroom were stinking and body was shampoo and hand wash bottles were empty

Now, you don’t get how much you pay for this property…suggestion is do not book a suite or a perosnal swimming pool room here, it’s below average, stay at the normal room as they have better pool access … the only good part of the hotel is the pool , that too to eat or drink along side the pool bar, else the pool pic they show is misleading to make it look more wonderful. I took a premium suite here, and I get a room plus taxes charges, not having basic of body wash or a conditioner. At last the good part again is the pool which will make your stay less painful in the evening

Staying at the property is good experience. But the staffs are not that much co-operative and helpful. The in house restaurant of them "organic khao" having very bad food quality and not fresh as well.

It was a terrible experience. The infrastructure and facilities were terrible for multiple reasons: 1) the electricity went out frequently; 2) the television took ten minutes each time after the light went out to start; 3)second day of our stay there was no water supply for 30 minutes; 4)the locker of our room was not working when we checked in. The staff took almost half a day to fix this; 5) the balcony door had a gap of over an inch which let in mosquitoes in and it took the whole day to fix; 6)the hotel did not have good wi fi and the internet barely worked; 7)the restaurant had cockroaches; 8)there was a huge rat by the pool side which had almost entered the pool; 9) the hotel did not take any responsibility for drop to the ferry; 10)the name of the hotel is misleading as the beach was actually a pile of rocks and mud; 11) at night when we asked for a pillow the staff expressed unavailability of the same. Having said all of this, the only positive element was the quality of food.
