Bad place, bad odor, it is just near gutter of city. No TV, no WiFi. Mosquito are all around.

Best location at Neral

The Hotel is located at the best place in Neral. Just in front of the Neral Matheran taxi stand. Neral Station is at stone throwing distance. Tv was not working. Water was soaking inside the room during heavy rain.

The room was dirty, the bed had stains, hair (different sizes and nature), was stinking like something was rotting on it, though the bathroom was clean (ha-ha) the towel I received had lipstick stains on it. I went out and had my lunch and returned and checked out immediately.

Bad not good to stay didn't like it. Door lock was not working.
Very dirty bed sheets and pillow covers.

No food available at the hotel. one has to bring from outside. No Wi-fi available. No room service at all.
The hotel was near a big cannel (naala).

Nice Hotel with great hospitality. Calm and peaceful environment. The garden was very good. The staff was good. Atm within with hotel was the thing I was looking for. The parking space was very big. Overall my experience with Hotel Rahi was Memorable.

The hotel rooms are good, the hotel is small but beautiful among hotels in Neural. The hotel staff is very good hear ted and good in service. We liked our stay there, it was memorable experience for us and the owner is very nice person.

I did not expect such a good hotel by looking at the pictures posted! Excellent hospitality and awesome service by the hotel guys. The owner Abdul was very nice gentleman and humble. They provide us peompt services whenever we needed. They have a huge and secure parking facility. I am very satisfied with the hotel.

The room conditions is not so good. Bathroom was not clean and furniture was also not clean, it was dusty more. Please, do clean that place services was good. Location is very good and over all we can say good.

It’s very nice to stay, rooms are clean and well maintained. All staff were very polite and helpful .. Want to visit once again .. We were happy with everything .. Good location. Near to neural station .. In short we had a great weekend

Cleanliness is worst !!! Got itching all over my body. Lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches. TV Dish lots of disturbance. Hotel stinks. Wanted to enquire, but hotel didn't received the call. Didn't thought that Make my trip would arrange such kind of hotel. Worst experience with this hotel. Would never ever visit again.

Everything was Good Service, faculties, they were helpful. MMT charged a lot for this room. Near by hotels Wer much more cheaper ... Every time I booked from MMT I get costly hotels. It's better to book directly

All the services provided was quick. In-house restaurant food was also good. The AC was also functioning properly. They need to provide hot water service. Only water service was not up-to mark. Overall good experience.

Not so good... It is so hotel... Room service is quite good... AC not working properly... As compared to hotel... Rate is so high... Continue noise just because it just opposite to neural railway station.

I asked for a hotel in Matheran but I got it in Neural which is 10kms from Matheran. MMT should be very clear with the location because Matheran and Neural are not the same, One is beautiful other one is polluted.
