Good service with well maintained service. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and public transport

Room was terrible y dirty and there were too much of mosquitoes in the room. Paint was shredding from the windows and the staff was arguing when we asked them to change the room.

Pathetic customer service by the hotel staff. My ajay raj working at front desk was rude and demanding extra money for allowing a visitor to come inside the room for few minutes. He embarrassed us infront of my relatives with this utter nonsense. Even 5-star hotels like hilton, etc. Don't have such restrictions but mr. Ajay raj was adamant that his hotel defies all sense and follows their own rule of law.

Bad stay. Room service was very poor. Wifi kept getting disconnected. Didn’t even provide basic toiletries. Staff was rude.
